For more than 35 years we are actively involved in the field of property management  As we are concentrating on properties within the Saarland areas we consider our proximity to our Saarland residence as a particular positive aspect.

We are specialized in the administration of real estates of any kind. Being a member of the Federal association for property management and the association for subsistence we hold a proven record of success in the reorganization of former builder, tax saving and capital investor models for years.

Our offices only employ qualified, experienced and responsible people who ensure individual support. Internal networking with modern data processing ensures optimal working conditions which guarantee a smooth and efficient management at the owners benefit.  

A secretarial service provides fast handling of correspondence with authorities, councils and firms to avoid long waiting periods.

Affiliated to this service, however independently, different specialists (i.e. architects, lawyers, experienced enterprises, commercial caretakers etc) are always available.

Depending upon the arrangement of the property we can offer an administration to the real estate according to the relevant regulations of the property law. In addition we offer renting administrations for particulars or several clients in an estate.  Beyond the usual contract extent we are at any time ready to take on special tasks upon request.
